1. HostMonitor needs oci.dll to do the test at Oracle 11g

2. install Oracle client from downloading the client-files

3. put oci.dll and oraociei11.dll in the home directory of HostMonitor9

4. setting the test for oracle in HostMonitor9

if you want to do the test of SQL commands (insert, update)
