[Gitlab] 匯入專案時發生 import 失敗

I looked all over the Admin page for something about allow fetch local resources. I found Admin -> Settings -> Network -> Outbound Requests -> Allow requests to the local network from hooks and services

改好以上設定, 即可正常匯入專案, 預設是不允許local network做 web hook
